Message Ian

Anything about a particular dog, a booking you have already made, or whether we can reach your street — a person reads all of it. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot standing between you and an answer.

Handy if it is about a pick-up.
What is it about?

What happens to it

A person reads every message. Anything about a particular dog, anything medical and anything legal goes straight to Ian rather than to an automated answer, because a confident wrong answer about whether your dog can come is worse than no answer.

We keep your message and your email address to answer you and for nothing else, for two years. If your dog is unwell on the morning of an adventure, tell us before the bus leaves rather than writing here — a text is faster and we will move the day free.

When we answer
Ian usually replies the same evening on bus days, and within one working day otherwise.

We are driving between 8 and 3 on bus days. Text or email and we will get back to you the same evening.

The public email address and the operational phone number are being set up with the business itself. Until they exist, the form above is the way through, and we would rather leave this blank than print a number that nobody answers.
